There are possibilities here.

As a parent I use this application nearly daily to check grades.
The application has possibilities,but will be better when those that developed it listen to the complaints.
You wrote the app and you are being paid by me, thru my takes.
Get feeder back and deliver a better version, else except more if the same. And I encourage all to talk to your school board about putting pressure on this developer to get it right.
