This was designed with no forethought to workflow, no consideration of screen layouts, and apparently no experienced development team. Or perhaps the goons that built the failed Obamacare site built this.

Now the Assignments section is gone (only missing assignments remains). Good luck checking or your kids homework. Oh and the new workflow takes you back to the account details section on every menu click. That is really handy if your phone number needs updating several times per session...
