Skyward Mobile Access App Reviews

Everytime I log on to skyward, my whole life flashes before me. When I see my grades, my heart drops. I go home and cry until I fall asleep. This app is the biggest disappointment. It works well, but it also makes me wanna kill myself. Its almost like the song "Marvins Room" by Drake. Add me on Twitter @jordanderitis

There has never been a poorly designed app, especially coming from a company that only makes one software program. Walmart has a better app.

I thought I could get on this app and find assignments! I am strongly disappointed of this crappy app! I needed to use this really badly but noooo, I guess you just stuff this into the AppStore. Like I need more of these terrible apps that I spend my time on, and they NEVER work! I am just unsatisfied of this cheap junk, GOOD DAY TO YOU.

too many unnecessary steps just to see what I got on my last test. only got the app because the website is AWFUL on mobile. the app should be set up the way skyward mobile version (website) was before most recent update. first it took MONTHS for our school to even be able to use it & now it takes months for kids to even learn it

This app could use some work...aesthetically and just in the way it functions, its very disappointing

Waste of money! Not only does this app not state that its going to charge your account $12.99, but I can not utilize family access! I am extremely unsatisfied! I want a refund!

Dont buy this app it is trash and you have to reset your password every single time you log in. This is the worst app in the history of the App Store.

I use skyward to check my grades for school on my phone. It worked how it should but I havent used the app for about 3 weeks and I got on there to check out my grades and it said that there was a verification issue and couldnt verify my credentials. This problem needs to be fixed please and thank you.

As a teacher who is embraced and uses technology whenever possible, I would love to say that this app is useful to students and teachers. Unfortunately, I cannot. My students complain about it and Im assuming parents may feel the same way. I have deleted this inferior, time-wasting mess. From a useful/effectiveness standpoint, it is truly awful. Im better off waiting to login in to Skyward on a computer.

This app is pretty awful, and if I had anywhere else to look at my grades I would delete it. This new update???? What??? It wont even let me look at my grades because theres so many bugs. This needs A TON of improvement. Maybe try making it simpler so theres less possibilities of it SCREWING UP CONSTANTLY LIKE IT IS NOW?

I wasnt too impressed with the original app, but the update made things worse. When I ask my daughter or even staff at the school where to find things, they arent sure either. I usually end up going on to the desktop site instead to make payments for lunches and pay sports fees as I cannot find how to do that on the mobile site. Now Ive been locked out and the school is having trouble with the site. Ugh!

Takes too many steps to get the information needed, then have to BACK out the same way to get to the main page again. Also, the app has been unavailable ALOT lately saying my internet lost connection. Why is it the only app having this issue.

My parents check this app and I am have been grounded because of it.

From the design to the navigation, speed, ease of use, its terrible. Im only using it because I have no other choice. Please fix these obvious issues.

Not because it has my grades but because we live in the era of the computer and this app was made with only an abacus

This app serves as a decent shortcut to the mobile desktop site. I can see no other benefits to using the app itself. Functionality is greatly reduced, and navigation is confusing. Its almost like they hired some sort of government agency to design it. Suggestions: Full calendar view like the website as as opposed to searching and clicking for each individual day. Ability to click on grades in the grade book to view quiz grades, etc. as opposed to clicking through three extra menus. Move the accounts/logout button away from where the "back" button is on every other web browser and app in the world to save inevitably having to start over two or three times a session.

As a parent I use this application nearly daily to check grades. The application has possibilities,but will be better when those that developed it listen to the complaints. You wrote the app and you are being paid by me, thru my takes. Get feeder back and deliver a better version, else except more if the same. And I encourage all to talk to your school board about putting pressure on this developer to get it right.

I only use this app for taking attendance in my class and it works flawlessly for that. Love it and it saves me time.

I have to use this app for school and constantly changing the layout makes it harder to do so.
